By accessing or using Viatr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Viatr is an AI-powered video and image generation platform designed for content creators and businesses. The service allows users to generate visual content using artificial intelligence models, manage creative projects, and collaborate on media production workflows.
To use Viatr, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may maintain only one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content generated through our platform is produced using third-party AI models, including FAL.ai and Google. You retain full rights to the prompts and inputs you provide. Ownership of AI-generated output is subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers. We do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
Viatr operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate content and are consumed per generation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
Your use of Viatr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the service.
The Viatr platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Viatr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content, including prompts, project configurations, and uploaded materials, remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Viatr is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated output. We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third-party services, including AI model providers, payment processors, or hosting infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Viatr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service.
